A quick recap:

1. Sail well powered up and fast on flat water.
2. Go switch stance
3. Duck the sail, like a duck tack but without turning the board
4. Push on the back hand to keep power in the sail
5. Throw the sail behind you, towards the water and follow with your body.
6. Land and sail out in the opposite direction.
