Cape Town News

So far all those who have made the long trek to Cape Town have not been dissapointed. Today has probably been the hottest day so far, and seems fairly calm after yesterdays nuclear winds. In the last two weeks there has only been one day without wind. Sessions include logo to mast high days at Platboom, and plenty of smaller days along the coast. The UK contingent this year includes, Features Ed, Clyde Waite, Ben Proffit, Simon Hurrey, Oli Woodcock, Phil Horrocks, Ruth Elliot, Jamie Hancock, Darren Mitchell, Steve King, Lucy Robson, Bill Short, Simon Crowther, Pat Heath and Jamie Mac Donald.

These guys are sailing seriously well, Jamie was ripping yesterday at Yzer Fonteine and Phil and Ben are showing the usual competitive comarderie, with some stupidly big back loops and pushies with a tweak. Hopefully these guys will keep the form up for the rest of the year.

The forecast looks even better for next week with no sign of the wind going away, so if you can get away then come and join in!

Pic are of Clyde, Ben, Oli, Simon and Laure at some smaller sunset and big bay days.
