In the second stop of the EFPT Freestyle Tour, the Milos Beach Lefkada Open, they could only run one single elimination, and the result in the top 4 was exactly the same as last week in Sardinia. Steven van Broeckhoven (F2) won again, followed by Davy Scheffers in second, Andre Paskowski (Fanatic/North) third and Nico Akgazcyan (Starboard/Gun) fourth. Check out the report from the EFPT.

Also, during the past weekend, the Maui boyz had the first race of this seasons Maui Race Series. There are plenty of classes for everyone and it seems like they had some pretty good conditions. Matt Pritchard, still recovering from his broken legs, went down to Kanaha to “support the freaks and watch the action” as he says on his report about the event.

And there were still more events going on during the past weekend. Here is the report of what happened at the East Coast Windsurfing Festival in the States.

Lastly, one more event, the Liepaja Windsurfing Festival in Latvai finished yesterday with 8 races done. Results here.

With the Lanzarote PWA Freestyle event around the corner, the chicks are showing off how much they have improved during their time off. Check out Yoli de Brendt\’s new video. Looks like she could be a top contender this season.


More preparation for the summer events. A few pros are already in Gran Canaria waiting for the classic Pozo conditions to switch on. At the moment its not great, but in the meantime, Victor Fernandez scored some nice down the line conditions yesterday somewhere else on the island.
