Antoine Albeau and Valerie Ghibaudo took the victories in Costa Brava after a last day of waiting around for the wind to materialize. Ross Williams stayed in second position and this result brings him up to 4th overall in the World rankings. Karin Jaggi finished 2nd in the ladies fleet making her fight for the World title a tough challenge.

Yesterday also finished the EFPT event in Palekastro, and with two double eliminations done, once again, and for the third time in a row, Steven Van Broeckhoven took the crown home. This time, Andre Paskowski could climb a few positions from the previous events and finished in second place and so did Nico Akgazcyan who finished third. The EFPT hasn’t put up the final report yet, but you can keep an eye open for it here.
The RS:X European Championship is under way at the moment in Tel Aviv. So far Shahar Zubari (ISR 11) is leading in the mens fleet and Mayan Davidovich (ISR 10) in the womems. To follow this event, check out the official RS:X website.
