Today’s video takes us to South Africa. Every winter many pros go there for training and today we have the Swedish expedition (starring Andreas Olandersson, Emil Håkansson and Love Halses) working hard.

Round 1 of the BWA is starting today in Rhosneigr. At the moment it is not very windy over there, but for those that were there last year, you can never trust the forecasts too much! Follow the action live through the “live webcam" (It seems like Ben Proffitt has already scored parking pole-position with his van). At only 11, George Grisley, from Lymington, raised £1,300 for Sport Relief, ‘Rising to the Challenge’ by windsurfing from the mainland, near Lymington to the Isle of Wight (Hamstead Ledge) and back!! Read more here.
After almost 25 years competing, and several Olympic and World championship medals, Windsurfing legend Barbara Kendall is retiring from Olympic competition.
Not much wind again in Morocco to run any competition. In the mean time, the riders go through the rules of the event.
