First up, news just in from the British national slalom racing last weekend at BSA Worthing where we hear James Dinsmore has finally broken Ant Baker\'s grip on the 2011 tour. Windsurfing\'s fastest doctor won the event after five rounds of racing, and there was fresh blood in second and third too – congratulations to young Connor Bainbridge and Sam Latham respectively. Nothing on ukwindsurfing.com yet – but we\'ll bring you more on BSA Worthing and the associated UKWA freestyle comp as soon as we can...
We\'ve got plenty to link you to from the conclusion of the Formula European Championships in Latvia though, where Przemek Miarczynski beat Arnon Dagan to the men\'s prize by just a single point. Olga Maslevits won the women\'s, Steve Allen was first master, Alexandr Cousin lightweight, Andrius Sliuburys youth and Arvydas Moliusis grand master. More at internationalwindsurfing.com, full results at formulawindsurfing.org, and there\'s even a movie at liepajniekiem.lv
Bad news from Britain\'s leading PWA wavesailor as Robby Swift has exacerbated his foot injury in a big swell at Matanzas in Chile and is now under the knife in the UK. Hence he\'ll off the water for the remainder of the World Tour season. Gutting – although on the plus side it will mean we\'ve got some even-more-classic movies to look forward to from him and Heidy at PWA Denmark and Sylt. Get well soon Robby. More at neilpryde.com
Talking of the famously injured, out in Morocco a fully recovered Boujmaa Guilloul seems to have woken up with a start on his blog – having picked up Rockstar Energy Drinks as a new sponsor he\'s "ashamed" to be updating so late on his AWT, PWA, and DVD exploits of late. Catch up at boujmaa.blogspot.com
Must admit we\'ve been a bit late catching up with Naish\'s 2012 launch, but the quality of the Hawaiian brand\'s new product presentation movie far outweighs our relative tardiness – just check this out, as Robby and co show off their 2012 Naish Windsurfing wares. Loads more at naishsails.com
Back to events now, and having mentioned the Red Bull Prince of the Island at Bodrum last week it\'s good to see an update on who exactly won at star-board.com – as reported, Sarah-Quita Offringa ruled the women\'s and Chris Pressler took third in the men\'s fleet ... and we\'re now less guilty at not having recognised Özfer Uralp and Batu Akyol in first and second.
A Turk you\'re more likely to have heard of, PWA Slalom racer TUR-2 Enes Yilmazer has launched a super-smart new website at enesyilmazer.net
While we\'re in Turkey, here\'s another rewind from second placed girl in Bodrum – Britain\'s Jo Wright reports from her awesome debut PWA Slalom event at Alaçati the previous week at sam-ross.co.uk
And finally, yet another rewind – in case you missed it on BBC1 on Saturday lunchtime, check out Nick Dempsey and Bryony Shaw in action at recent RS:X events down Weymouth way alongside the rest of Team GBR. They\'re about half an hour into this episode on iPlayer at bbc.co.uk
