News Headlines – Tues 14th

Good morning everyone and a Happy Valentines Day to you all – no romance as such here, just some hot windsurfing news and action to get you excited!

Warming us up today is an interview with Andre Paskowski from the EFPT. Andre gets grilled on how he is staying motivated, the latest movie he featured in and just what he really thinks of Gollito and Max Rowe. Get all the juicy details here.

Getting into the action now and it\’s off to the South Coast of Western Australia. Starring all the local rippers and regulars like Jaeger Stone, Ben Severne, Scott McKercher, Laure Treboux and Si Hurrey, \’Summer on the South Coast\’ has certainly got us excited. Buckets of spray everywhere.

Over to Gran Canaria next as Iballa Moreno takes to the skies and gouges some lips in this album courtesy of Starboard.

While we\’re on Facebook, it\’s definitely worth checking out Klaas Voget\’s album from Chile. The German wavesailor is absolutely tearing it apart if the photos are anything to go by, we especially like the headline news picture where Klaas engraves the Simmer logo on a beautiful wave.

World Number Three Ben van der Steen talks candidly about his change to Starboard and Loft Sails, his success on the 2011 Slalom scene and plans for the 2012 PWA tour. Check out the video…

Just time for a quick Pro catch-up now. Out in Cape Town it seems to be going off as Sam Neal reports on his blog that the wind is back and forecast to stay, whilst Jamie Drummond, Bubble and Max Rowe are Tweeting about epic freestyle sessions at Langebaan and the lake.

Meanwhile, Phil Soltysiak reports from Tarifa where it has been nice and windy, but very cold (for Spain anyway) – really battling it out in really cold conditions is Graham Ezzy who has just uploaded the third part of his Ireland Trip write up. Check it out here.

That\’s all for now, check back later for the PM update.
