Welcome back for more news and we\\\’ve got a few tasty updates for you this morning. Unfortunately our links and videos are still not working so we will adjust a little until we are back in action.
Top of the news yesterday was the confirmation of PWA Pozo,a bit last minute but some incredible action planned. Well to link in with that today and to continue or Pozo theme that seems to be forming, Philip Koester has launched his rather snazzy new site. To be honest we\\\’ve never seen a website quite like it and we love it! Check it out – www.philipkoester.com. There is no doubt he will be the one to beat this year and again rumours are flying around of the potential triple loop being pulled in the final. It\\\’s a radical move which is yet to be caught on camera but word on the street is that he has sailed away from it more than once.
There are a few potential challengers, the likes of Victor Fernandez, Ricardo Campello, Robby Swift, Marcilio Browne, Dany Bruch and even an up and coming Adam Lewis. Talking of which both Adam and Dany will be running a coaching clinic in Tenerife on the 21st-28th July. A week long and with two of the finest PWA sailors, this is one not to miss. For further information check out the sweet poster on the left or email [email protected]
Ok, yes we haven\\\’t forgotten to mention the forecast. The wind that is about to hit the UK is yet again over another weekend. Word on the street is that there may well be a potential Freestyle Xpression Session re-birth, we will bring you more as we hear it. Also going down is the Aberdovey Boardwise Demo weekend alongside the next stop of the BWA Slalom. Check www.ukwindsurfing.com for more and www.bigsalty.co.uk to track the wind that will soon hit us.
Our final post this morning comes from Severne Sails. Having had their official UK launch recently, they are also now super stoked to be announcing Bjorn Dunkerbecks win at Costa Brava, taking 3 of the 6 elimination rounds, he updates the guys at Severne on his feelings after the event, check their website for more – www.severnesails.com/blog/dunkerbeck-reflex-iii-reign-supreme
