As the Island warms up here in Fuerteventura the winds are slowly beginning to build for the next day of competition. We await the round up video from the PWA of the first day of freestyle action, but in the mean time you can read the official report here. Looks like we missed out on one very close call heat in our sum up yesterday afternoon. Read the report for more and head back later for the video action. The only clip we can find in the meantime is that on - an interview with DIeter Van Der Eyken.

Next up is this clip from NP Surf who are launching their new brand. Watch the cool little trailer to find out more...

On the blogs, facebook pages and twitter accounts we\'ve got news of a new page setup by John Skye, click here to visit that and be sure to hit the like button. There\'s a few updates from our UK riders about the event so far but the most interesting one comes from the young Oscar Carmichael who is currently training hard this year out in Egypt. He\'s updated his website with news of new moves such as Kabikuchi\'s, flaka in flaka and more... impressive stuff from the 16 year old.
