Welcome back, plenty going on in and around the world of windsurfing today.
First we catch up with Kurosh Kiani woh stayed a few extra days after the event in Alacati.
Just in from windsurfing movie maker, Andre Paskowski is this exciting news.
Hamburg, October 17, 2012 - Andre Paskowski scores two entries at the X-Dance Film Festival in Salt Lake City. After his upcomming movie „Rewarded“ was nominated for the important extremesports film festival even before its official release on October 23, Magic Moments follows. Only two days after the online release of the touching short clip about Andre Paskowski himself the nomination of Magic Moments was announced. Now the Hamburg windsurf star has two promising chances to win the prestigeous award with his newly founded production company FRUITLOOP productions. „That’s a great success! I am super happy that both films made it“, says a stoked Andre. The award ceremony of the X-Dance Film Festival will be held on Novemer 11, 2012 in Utah / USA.
Both films – the short clip „Magic Moments“ and the highlight movie „Rewarded“ – will only be available online. The production costs were merely covered by private financing. Donations would be greatly appreciated to cover the production costs of this and future movies at www.rewarded-movie.com.

With the registration closed for the next stop of the EFPT in France, it looks like they\'ve been advertising all over the town, literally. Coming to a Bus Stop near you... We like it and are certainly looking forwad to the final two stages of the tour.
Talking of which, a nice small report about the recent UKWA tour stop on the King of the Wind website - www.kingofthwind.co.uk.
For those who are into their technology then you\'ll love the Fanatic iPhone/iPad App. Having a recent update it is packed with all things Fanatic, find out more here.
Back over to Tiree now where yesterday saw the first sign of wind and waves. An Expression Session was held for the pro fleet in very offshore winds around lunchtime and as conditions improved so the competition could start. It was Ben Proffitt who came out on top in the expression session, with clean riding and well placed aerials, check out our headline image. Whilst we you are there, it looks like fellow PWA commentator Andy \'Bubble\' Chambers was enjoying the early start, and Justyna Sniady reveals that the girls managed to complete a full single elimination. What\'s more, she actually hit the water for the first time since her accident to keep hold of her current tour leader position by coming 3rd. Debbie Kennedy managed to take the win, whilst Sophia Giljhe took second and a special mention goes to Boards very own Amy Carter who finished up in fourth place.
Finally, we wrap up with a suprisingly cool bodyboarding tralier... that is some impressive amplitude they are pumping out there.
