With the PWA slalom firing on all cylinders in Fuerteventura right now there is plenty to write about.

First up, Maciek Rutkowski has had a run in with Cedric Bordes. With such hotly contested racing every second and every move in every race is critical. So when it comes to that meeting point around the marks this is where the most excitement usually develops and develop it did. Unfortunately this lead to a collision between Rutkowski and Bordes which put both of them out of contention for the qualifying spots. On the other side of the fence, Taty Frans has been having a pretty decent run in this competition and managed to secure his first ever heat win. As a result he now stands in 5th overall with each of the top 5 having a heat win of their own. With such closely nit racing it could be anyones game come the end of the event.

I wanted this win so bad, just for once i wanted to feel that the hard work was paying off. Here i am hands in the air...
