PWA waves and the Team Pryde all in one video, this has to be a must watch.
Another video that caught our eye today was the epic coming straight out of Reunion. Having more than its fair share of shark attacks in recent years Reunion is certainly a spot for the brave, but it is the brave who are rewarded with incredible waves and barely anyone else in sight. And ironically enough, Sylvain Bourlard, featured in this video, had a thing or two to say about the shark warnings: “No one should get deterred by the shark warning signs on the beach because the windsurfing conditions are still great“.
To wrap up our short and sweet Breakdown today is this incredible 3.30 minute wave caught by Ben Severne in Pacasmayo. Being the longest ridable windsurfing wave in the world can anyone out there workout how many turns he does exactly? Please boss, send us there next year…

And a little bonus update, from solitude and waves of near infinite length to airport crowds and waves of actual infinite length… or at least until your legs can’t carry you any further.
