Let’s open the show with future talent. Bastiaan De Koningh is an up and coming young talent from Bonaire, and when you get to train everyday with the likes of Kiri Thode, Taty Frans, Amado Vrieswijk and more then you are heading on a pretty positive path to success.

Next up, Ben Proffitt has released his second episode of the Pozo Training Diaries already, you can check that out here. It includes some amusing features, not least the Viking Challenge. You will have to watch it to find out more.

Talking of challenges, Jason Polakow has hit a milestone on his facebook fan page and is asking you to guess his height in Red Bull cans. Three lucky winners will be selected to receive a handful of goodies from his sponsors. Go on, get on over to his page and try your luck.

Heading back to those Vikings and just this minute they have released their own video, it is so fresh we are still watching it whilst we upload but check out the adventures of Markus Rydberg and Gustav Haggstrom as they train at home in preparation for the PWA World Tour in Pozo. A slight side note, you’ll need to scrub up on your Swedish to understand the chat, but nonetheless the action is worth watching even if you don’t have your phrase book to hand.
