Forget Tuesday, it's moveday here on Boardseeker. With Pozo firing and EFPT Lanzarote about to kick off there are all sorts of crazy and wild tricks being thrown down. It seems everyone is posting to facebook these days, that's great so that we can all see it as it happens but it does cause a small problem as facebook videos tend to take a few seconds more to appear on the news feed, so if you can't see any of the videos below, give it a short moment and they will appear.
Let's kick off with Pozo, where Moritz Mauch is showing the wave world that he means trouble when it comes to riding. He has some of the wildest air takas and/or goiters in the game now. Whatever you want to call these rotations they would already be next level in down the line conditions but in side onshore they are simply off the scale. It's like the wind direction doesn't even matter with Mauch.
If riding is Mortiz's thing then jumping is certainly Ricardo Campello's thing. We already heard reports of a triple forward attempt yesterday, well now we have some video evidence. What do you think a triple attempt or a double forward that was a bit too perfect. We are going with the former.
So if riding is Moritz's thing and jumping is Campello's thing, then Brawzinho's thing must be everything combined. To be honest there are a whole host of guys out there ripping, the level is through the roof at the moment but this clip from Brawzinho shows him pushing the level even further with the first shifty 720 attempts off the lip... What the actual f***!
But wait, there is one more, Dany Bruch posted this. His first ever stalled double forward attempt. Apparently he had some small barrier in his head stopping himself from trying it. We can't think what? We also have no idea why he would try it just days before the PWA kicks off there. Each to their own, either way this is totally gnarly and yes that is him on the cover photo of today's Breakdown. And yes, his back hand is pretty much on the other side of the boom.
All a little bit too overwhelming? Let's bring it back a little closer to Earth with a short instagram clip from the warm up day before the European Freestyle Pro Tour kicks off tomorrow in Lanzarote.
We are on site here at the EFPT Lanzarote event so stay tuned for plenty of behind the scenes updates and top moves. However, if you want more then they best place to tune in will be the EFPT facebook page, where you'll get all the latest info as it happens. Make sure to head over and like and follow their page for the week.
The last bit of liking and following we suggest today is Björn Dunkerbeck and his new instagram page. It's full of his highlights and some super nice shots so head on over and check it out. SImply click the link above or the image below.
Join us tomorrow for plenty more...
