Again, it’s that time of the year when brands are looking to spice up their team. One such crew are JP/NP who have sought out the skills of Yentel Caers for the coming season. We caught up with him for a few words about his change.
“Of course I am stoked to be joining JP-Australia, NeilPryde and NP-waterwear for the 2015 season. The chance is really important for me. They will help me to reach my goals closer to the top and to continue participating at the PWA and EFPT events.
It’s clear to me that Steven Van Broeckhoven has been giving some good input into the boards and sails. His influence means that I find the new gear really comfortable with a lot of power, speed and pop for my moves.
My plan for the next year is to train as much as possible and to compete in all the events and of course have as much fun on the water together with friends. I’m soon off to South Africa for the winter, where I will stay in Cape Town to get ready for the next season alongside Steven Van Broeckhoven”.
